IBM Technology Forum was envisioned as a hybrid experience and focused on merging the physical event hosted in Mumbai with the same extended to a virtual event to foster deeper engagement. Hosting 150+ participants, the event brought together industry professionals and technology leaders through a connected format. Sonata, Veracitiz, Lauren, and Dynacon were the four booths, and their purpose was to serve as interactive hubs, supported by a smart lead capture system powered by the YZ App. The intent was to drive meaningful conversations, capture qualified insights, and elevate event impact through a tech-enabled, people-first approach.
