CHRISTUS Health, a Catholic not-for-profit healthcare system with over 600 hospitals, clinics, and ministries, set out to host more than just a company-wide Town Hall it set out to embody its mission of faith, compassion, and inclusivity in every word, moment, and message.
The objective was clear:

- Ensure language was never a barrier, with multilingual access
- Bridge the gap between executive leadership and frontline teams
- Reflect the organization’s values through transparency and inclusion
